Vendor Info


Unlike the previous two years, space is VERY LIMITED this year. In New Jersey, we had 30,000 SF of vendor space. In New Orleans, we had 22,000 SF. This year we have only 11,000 SF in the main ballroom. However,  we have several breakout rooms that we’ll utilize for “supertickets”, large vendors bringing multiple guests, and “headline” guests that will hopefully ease the lines that we dealt with in the past having a single larger space. We do anticipate the space will sell out like the previous two years, but only much faster due to the limited space. That being said, we’re not offering discounts on larger booths since space is a premium.
Vendors may setup on Thursday, March 26th or on Friday March 27th starting at 7am.
Friday Hours – 9am to 4pm
Saturday Hours – 9am to 4pm

Tables are $300 each. Each table comes with credentials for 2 people. Additional credentials are $50/person.  You will get ONE  8ft banquet table and 2 chairs. The space will be approximately 10′ wide x 6′ deep. Wrestlers that are signing at the booth do not need credentials.  WE do not have single day vendor sales. Your fee includes Friday and Saturday during the designated times. You must remove all your belongings after each day as the room will be turned over for evening events.




We can also offer a 1000 SF space with 10 – 8 foot tables, pipe/drape for all 10 tables, and signage outside of the designated area for $2500.  This space is ideal for somebody bringing in a large number of guests (supertickets or just large number of guests at once)  and you want to have a large staff to control the area.  This space will not be located in the main ballroom, but will be centrally located within the hotel (the ballroom is actually adjoining the hotel property, not on the actual property). This space can be controlled how you wish, including allowing access to fans that are not ticketed as WrestleCon patrons. If you basically want to run your own “sub convention” on our WrestleCon property, this will be a great solution. You also don’t need to vacate the building after the end of the day, so you can keep the room setup for the following day.




Optional Fees:

Extra credentials – $50/person. If you order 2 tables, you get 4 credentials, so you may want to factor that into deciding how many vendor tables to buy.

8 feet tall Pipe and Black Drape is available for $100 per table.  Enhance the look of your booth by adding pipe/drape as a backdrop.

Name featured on mass mailing and listed as Sponsor. We will start distributing postcards in September. If you would like your company to be featured on this mailing and on our website, we can do this for $250/5,000 postcards. We can guarantee at least 1/4 of one side coverage. You will also be listed as a sponsor of WrestleCon on the website.  You can also get an entire side of the postcard for $1000/5000 postcards. These postcards will be handed out at live wrestling events throughout the country as well inserted in all mail orders through

Restrictions: Raffles that promise any type of cash value or any games of chance are strictly prohibited. To have a wrestler/guest sign at your booth, that guest must be pre-approved by WrestleCon. We will only entertain requests for guests AFTER a vendor table has been purchased.  Guests will be approved on a first come/first asked basis. After permission is granted, we’ll give you a 15 day period to book your guest. After that time if you have failed to do so, another vendor may be granted permission to book that guest (after receiving permission from Wrestlecon to approach the guest). We do not allow for the sale of promotional photos of any guests that is booked by another vendor.  If a vendor has that particular guest, they are the only authorized seller of that wrestler’s photo. The only exception to that rule will be if you are the photographer that took the actual photo. The sale of any unauthorized and/our counterfeit merchandise will result in an immediate suspension of your vendor privileges without a refund.
